If this yacht is still for sale, where in Pittwater is it located - can the mooring be transferred? Is there a survey available? Does the toilet have a holding tank? Has the motor been run/ serviced lately? How old is it? Has the rigging been serviced? Which shipwright do you use for things like the unattached electronics etc?
