Yamaha 40XWT 2 stroke (enduro Type) outboard motor 40 HP With Yamaha Forward Controls, electric start, electric Tilt and trim.Fully serviced annually wether used or not. New Impellor, New fuel pump, new plugs, new fuel filter, hydrofoil, nothing spared on this at all. Removed from boat last Friday as moving to a 60hp 4 stroke unit, but more than happy to run it up on the stand with muffs prior to auction close.Great condition as can be seen in pictures, never let me down. Compression on both cylinders at circa 120 psi. Engine is as clean as a whistle with no known corrosion Just plug in your tank, connect the battery and hook up your steering.Sold in good faith as is, and where is.

Buyer is responsible for pick up from Newport/Redcliffe. I Can possibly put on a Pallet and Wrap to ship at buyers expense, but I guess circa $100 extra should cover it if you want me to wrap it and I can get a cradle of some type made up, buyer to also arrange and pay for all transport or shipping and pick up etc. ( you will need a tail lift truck, I would suggest that maybe use ‘e-go’ transport online, I have used them before, but your call)The outboard is Advertised elsewhere and will be going on boatpoint as well, so will cancel classifieds board auction if sold elsewhere.I am currently in working in Sydney and the Outboard is at my house in Brisbane, so am limited on what I can testI am changing to a four stroke with electric start and electric trim, so this motor will be sold as soon as I can, as I have run out of space. Just to note, We are going Diving overseas on the 25th of Feb until the 6th of March, so pick up will need to be arranged accordingly. A none refundable deposit of $500 will need to be paid by bank transfer by the winning bidder at the close of the auction as I will use this money to fly back up to Brisbane to release and pack the motor.I can get an old pallet to ship if needed from Bunning’s, but any additional wrapping, packing and shipping will need to be at buyers expense.
