House Boat

Rare, all aluminium, the biggest trailerable pontoon boat around at 32 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. Some pics are prior to renovation. I am happy to provide any additional pics.  Sleep 8 or more people and offers 400 square feet of enclosed living space when all the canvas is on.  Fully self-contained and includes new generator, rooftop A/C air conditioner, solar system, gas stove, fridge, TV, Radio sink, BBQ and much more.

 New Simrad G07, HI-FI Stereo with mp3 CD player and BLUETOOTH connectivity the speakers have L.E.D. Lights inside them.  The outboard motor is a MERCURY, labelled TRACKER 115 2stroke with auto inject oil reservoir.  Upgrades include: newly added longer 3rd pontoon in the centre 26', new vinyl floor and seat coverings (not shown)  New full enclosures on front rear and on top deck 8'x16'  This Amazing and Rare boat comes on a Rare 3 axle galvanized trailer, currently registered in Victoria.  The boat is big but Very Lightweight and can be easily pulled with a 1/2 ton pickup.

 The boat is less than 13' tall when on the trailer.  The boat can be used as a caravan on LAND as it has built-in stairs on the front of the trailer.
