Over the trips we were averaging 5nm/hr, reaching to 7nm/hr in good conditions.
The boat can be easliy sailed by one person. Inside, she is surprisingly spacious - similar to 34ft boats with plenty of headroom, sleeping and storage space and would suit taller people (I'm 187). It provides comfortable live-aboard conditions for two adults on a long-term basis.
