Project Boat Savage Javelin 1966 With 50 Hp Evinrude Lark

Savage Javelin 1966 Model (First image is an example of what the boat originally looked like) Great looking boat with plenty of character and nice lines. The boats hull is solid with no rot, we shipped the boat from Victoria to Sydney aprox 12 month ago as a project for my wife but she never got around to restoring it. We have removed the chrome dome port and starboard lights which will be part of the package. Since we have had the boat it has always been covered with a tarp. The motor was purchase 6 months ago seperatly, our Marine Mechanic used to service this motor for his client before the client re-powered his boat.

He advised that the motor was working well when it was removed from the existing hull. The outboard comes complete with the forward controls which are in good condition considering its age and hard to find. The motor alone is worth more than $500. The boat has no trailer and currently sits on tyres, you will need to remove the boat yourself. The tyres are free to the purchase if they want them to sit the boat on.

The boat and trailer are a package and will not be seperated. This package has been advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end this Auction early. Please text me if you would like to inspect, the motor is not on a stand and I don't have the ability to start it. Patrick - phone
