This a Late-1990's Savage Fibreglass Hull that was re-done a few years back. Solid Transom, Solid Stringers Etc. It has been a great cruiser / off-shore fishing boat. It is Registered and so is the trailer. I have Just done the trailer rego and the boat has about 6 months.
The boat is in good condition for its age see pics, it does have a few scratches here and there and the rub rail does shows some wear from use. All of which are cosmetic. Structurally the boat is solid. But again this boat is not new and could use a good scrub and touch up to get it looking new again, Honestly it could be touched up and sorted in a weekend. Or just use it as is and go fishing like we do.
It has a 2 stroke 90HP Johnson v4 (60 Degree) which pushes it along effortlessly, cruises at 22 knots at half throttle, and 50L last me the day. It will do 33 Knots flat-out. Trim and tilt work perfectly. Has a stainless prop Mounted on a fibre glass POD. 150 PSI on all 4 Cylinders starts first time, Runs premix.
Great motor really punchy and super reliable. It has been designed with an casting platform / seating area with cushioned back rest upfront (with stainless grab rails) for the family, and clean clear decks aft of the centre console for fishing. Boat also has nice high gunnels for fishing and families with young kids. New Battery New Anchor & ChainNew Bimini New Fish Finder with mappingMotor has been serviceClean and Ready to go fishing.Auxiliary Back up Motor 2HPTrailer is registered and has new parabolic galv leaf springs, new hubs, axle and bearings, but has surface rust through-out the trailer, its registered at 750 GVM so does not require road worthy to renew rego. It has a light board that works perfectly.
As you can see from the pics the draw bar comes off for easy storage. The trailer is rusty but is still strong and is built from plate not tube. So once sand blasted or ground down and painted you can feel comfortable knowing that you don't have rust on the inside of the tube frame like some other trailers.Does not include all the fishing or safety gear. I am selling as i am looking for something smaller, this boat is a bit big for me and my 5 year old son. I recommend an inspection before you bid.
I will also drop the boat in the water and take the winning bidder for a spin as part of the hand-over so they are comfortable everything is in working order, I will also show them how far the trailer should go into the water to make getting the boat back on the trailer easy.
