The floor is solid, although one corner is slightly soft. Likely nothing to worry about. The transom is slightly soft, but it is reinforced with a strong aluminium plate. It is strong enough as is.it is not registered. The Trailer tows but it is unregistered so you would need to tow at your own risk It is not registered.
