This package was purchased in 2012 brand new and has done minimal work – as you can see from the pictures. The Quintrex Explorer Trophy 4M (13 foot) boat is set up for serious fishing and for you to be fishing in comfort. It is powered by a 2012 30HP YAMAHA outboard 2 stroke motor that has only ever been used in freshwater. The motor was installed with a factory hour meter and has only done 24.1 hours since new – this motor is only just run in!

The boat presents with carpeted floor and casting deck throughout, plenty of under floor storage for all your fishing and boating gear. The boat also has numerous extras including: cabin lights, Deep cycle marine battery, front spot lights, navigation lights , fish finder , stereo system , extra rod holders, life jackets , auto bilge pump. I have also installed a YAMAHA charging system to allow the charge of dual batteries whilst running (set up for trolling batteries). The boat has also had a top of the range Bimini installed to keep you sheltered from the elements whilst fishing – a must have if your half serious on spending time on the water. I have spent serious money on setting up this boat so it is ready for any fishing action.

I have also installed a Minn Kota Ipilot (12V) electric motor for trolling and lure casting purposes. This is a GPS model that features spot lock, can record trolling runs, and is controlled wirelessly via a hand controlled remote. I have also purchased a foot control that is ideal for tight situations whilst casting at places like lake Mulwala. This package has been set up on a heavy-duty trailer instead of the factory dunbier. It has a spare wheel and LED lights installed with eye lights for night purposes.

Trailer has a reverse camera and lights – however this need to be installed as I have not had time to do this myself yet. On top of trailer is an ARB Touring rooftop tent. This tent is extremely clean and has only been used a handful of times. The tent is easy to set-up on your own. This package is able to stay set-up whilst you launch or retrieve your boat.
