I had the engine overhauled and the Head fully rebuilt (precautionary only) when purchased in 2013. Issues with a pretty crappy paint factory job in places and corrosion under the paint. This is mainly along the gunwales due to salt water getting under the gunwale strip in-between the spot welds.

Apparently this is pretty common and does not cause any problems except a little paint peeling here and there. 2. The canopy material – full storm covers – is worn and thinned and the stitching is letting go. One of the plastic windscreen additions wasn’t stored properly, so it has split. All up, I’ve been quoted 1k for full brand new, or a couple of hundred to repair what’s there. I never used anything apart from the overhead canopy so I never bothered. 3.

The stereo head unit is stuck on and the last owner has a terrible CD in there. Honestly, it’s techno country with yodelling and it’s shite. 4. I lost the lid to the live bait tank a few weeks ago. Was doing 50km/hr incoming from the Bay and it just …blew off! 5. One of the Deep Cycles is on the way out.

Takes charge but leave it for a few days and it drops down. I've never ever needed it as engine turns over so easy from warm. 6. Trailer needs a new Gal walkway – I found it handy but it’s not necessary. 7. Flooring – carpet is sweet but the ply has soft spots so it’s bent down in some sections. Again, it’s completely useable and safe as is but you may want to change it for new ply. 8.

Bilge Pump needs looking at – has auto switch etc but needs sorting. 9. THIS BOAT NEEDS LOVE. It needs a polish, and some looking after, but I love using it and don’t want to sell it. I have two kids and a caravan now, so have no time for anything manly. I do pledge to buy it back from you in 5 years’ time though!

10. It has antifoul on the bottom half. I never bothered to renew it so it looks a bit ratty but its on there, so why take it off! Boat is located in Camira. Can test run on river with a cold start BEFORE AUCTION ENDS- If you're serious only! Boat and Trailer all registered and roadworthy etc.
