Martzcraft 35- Masthead Sloop Volvo 2030 3 cyl 28 hp Diesel- 2001 build GRP construction 1987 build LOA 10.9 mtrs Beam 3.22 mtrs Rego- Expired.Has HIN. Was Australian Registered. Draft 1.8 mtrs. Suffered rainwater ingress internally due to break in and hatch thern left open. Approx 150 mm of rainwater to internal areas and elderly owner decided to remove from mooring due to lack of funds Motor only had water up to and just over the motor mounts.

Last survey for insurance purposes stated value as at approx $130,000, undertaken -2002 -just after it had undergone a major refit. It was delivered to my yard in 2014 Due to other business requirements and priorities it has simply sat on its cradle since then, covered up. The only treatment I have given it is a SodaBlast to remove old antifoul and then applied Tiecoat then Anti foul. The hull from the waterline to the gunnels is in good overall condition with only a few scratches to mention.Deck needs a repaint but has good primer underneath the topcoat.There are no internal cushions etc and other than the Mast, furler and in boom main thats it. The hull has absolutely no issues- NIL.

Main Saloon and front cabin floor ( bearers/joists all good ) will require renewalAft Cabin floor is ok It has massive potential for the right person(s ) who have some reasonable carpentry skills and can organise a few trades and represents acquiring one of the better sought out cruising yachts ever built. Do some research on these boats and you will see what I mean.Generally good quality and maintained second hand 35 ft Martzcrafts are rarely brought to market and command, from my knowledge somewhere in the vicinity of anywhere between $55-80,000.00 I am shutting down my business due to a severe leg injury and retiring and I'm also selling off a lot of boats and marine items to do so. Would love to see this beautiful old girl go to someone who has a dream.Yes it needs work but all cosmetic.- and time ! Will consider all reasonable and sensible offers but dont embarass yourself with lowballing me as you will just be ignored.I can get over $8-12 thousand by parting it out.Starting price is the reserve.
