Wharram Catamaran 40ft Tiki Yacht

Wharram 40ft Tiki Catamaran. Heavily modified catamaran that makes a great liveaboard, with loads of room. It has 6 berth's but could sleep 2 more in the saloon. I had this boat out of the water last july. I had some repairs done including 2 new rudders.

The lift out and labour cost me over $9000 and I spent around $4000 on parts and materials. When I say new items, I mean bought within the last 8 months. Some of the included items are: washing machine, weber BBQ, New $2300 12v fridge freezer, New Raymarine wheel-pilot, New 24" smart tv, new 2 burner cooker, with oven, Bread maker, microwave, uhf radio, 1400watt solar panels, Quality 50amp regulator, davits, 3m rib dinghy with 8hp outboard, New 65ltr chest freezer, New fishing kayak. This boat comes with loads of spares, tools and safety gear. Way to much to list here.

After the haul out which was done in Bundaberg I sailed her around the Whitsunday Islands to Airlie beach and back covering around 1000 Nautical miles. There is a large, covered back deck, large saloon that comfortably seats 6 adults, large heads with roomy full size shower, New gas water heater supplying the shower and galley sink, electric toilet and wash basin. 2 large main cabins with queen size beds (with sprung mattresses) and 2 good sized quarter berths. 80 hp Izuzu inboard engine with volvo penta sail drive. (runs great)I started painting the topsides, I did the fore deck and the sides, I have all the paint to finish the deck.

Some parts of the interior need tidying up these are the trim around the saloon hatches some trim under the fridge some paint at one end of the galley, the roof lining in both main cabins. These could do with a coat of paint too. The saloon seats also need recovering. I live alone on this boat but she would make a great new home for you and your family.
