Water Taxi Project

Get ready for summer, and the good times to return! 7.1m (23ft) Water Taxi, requiring a complete refit. Hull is fibreglass. Stainless steel sponson band around sides. Stainless steel frame for superstructure.

Superstructure sides are plywood. Stainless steel handrails. Rooftop is aluminium, and opens or closes completely down the center, as required. If you have some space in your backyard, and some handyman skills, this would make a great winter project to put on the harbour for next summer. You are bidding on a purpose built Water Taxi.

Hull is built to commercial vessel survey standard. The survey certificate has expired, but is renewable, subject to inspection. The previous certification documents, along with the Survey Record Book, will be supplied. The vessel requires a complete refit, due to being sunk and refloated during the severe storm earlier this year. The motor is a 90hp Yamaha, which will require overhaul or replacement.
