For sale is my 1980 Volero boat. Originally built nearby in Dandenong I took this on as a project and have done almost all the hard work. It's had the entire floor redone as well as the deck repaired and glassed. It has a solid transom and is fitted with a working 90hp Johnson 2 stroke outboard... This is a large motor for a boat this size and will easily pull a skier out of the water... Or pull their arms off if you're not careful. The motor is currently attached but not wired, I've fitted a new starter motor and do have a short video of it firing and running available to anyone who places a bid.
The trailer is in good nick with working lights and it is registered. The boat itself looks rough in the photos but is actually in really good nick. The last work I did on this was to begin the 2pac respray but due to a failure of my dust extraction fan at the time we had to stop after laying color onto the deck only. In most areas it actually looks pretty decent but due to the fan failure a lot of dust settled and it does look "dry" in areas... Potentially it would wet rub and buff but I'd seriously suggest going to one of the shops doing cheap resprays in 2 pac. The lower part of the hull, below the pink section is already sprayed.
The boat comes as pictured with hull, trailer, outboard, controls, windscreen, bow rail and any other incidental items I still have left over. There is a marine ply floor thats included but not pictured that sits over the actual inner hull pictured. I'm selling it as I'm in the process of moving to Brisbane and already have enough stuff including a caravan to get up there. This is a great easy project as the hard and costly work is done, it's almost at the point of reassembly now depending on what you'd like to do with the paint first. Any questions please ask, sorry no offers as I'm more inclined to ship it up north later on and reassemble once I'm settled if it doesn't sell now, the start price is the reserve and a hell of a lot less than I've spent getting it solid.
Inspection highly recommended, bidders with zero feedback will have bids declined unless contact is made first. Currently stored in Carrum downs, inspections and pickup from carrum downs. The last photo is a picture of the boat the day I bought it showing its assembled state and is indicative only.
