Swift Craft Seagull Half Cabin Boat. Johnson 70HP Outboard

Have here for sale today my Swift Craft Seagull for sale. This boat was restored by the previous owner to myself. He replaced the floor and the transom on the boat. The old engine he tells me was gone as well so he purchased the current engine that is on it now. It is a 1998 Johnson 70HP.

Engine hours are not known as there is no hour meter. Runs well and happy for a mechanic to come and inspect if you want to organise. The boat has just had new plugs, gearbox oil and Impeller fitted to it. The boat has only ever let me down once in 7 years use and it was a poor battery connection, easily fixed but purchased a new starter motor at the time. Turns out there is nothing wrong with the old one so comes with a spare.

Also has spare fuel pump and VRO setup, and spare water pump parts from the last time it was changed. Decided to do the whole lot not just the impeller. Trailer has nose catcher and is a drive on drive off trailer with multi rollers. Have just greased up the wheels bearings on the trailer so they are ready to go for the season. Trailer lights have just been replaced with LED.

Has new marine carpet throughout the floor and on the shelves. Comes complete with long rope and chain and heavy Plough anchor so you wont have any problems with holding the bottom. Boat comes with all current safety gear in date and is ready to hit the water. Has two fuel tanks, only used one myself but always good to have a spare tank of fuel just in case. Boat is equipped with automatic bilge pump, comes with Fishing Net, Gaff, Burley Bucket, Bait Board, Marine Radio, Stereo system, Bimini, 2 Life Jacket Vests, can also supply more jackets if you wish.

Now to the bad points, Bimini is off another boat so fit is not perfect but does its job just fine. As can be seen in the photos the fish finder screen has cracked and the gps has a dead spot in it. Still works perfectly fine. Fronts seat will need to be re trimmed, I have made new bases and the foam is there but covers need to be made. I do have the old ones as templates but they are worn out.

Both boat and Trailer are registered and current, Inspections are welcome and encouraged. Have purchased a new boat and want to get rid of this one so the price reflects.
