Recently refurbished, very good condition and sails beautifully. Arguably the most spacious 27’ sailing boat on the market. Decks and interior painted with epoxy 2 pack paint and antifoul completed 12/16. Freshly varnished trim with new marine ply doors in the head and galley. 6 Berth (Double V berth, two ¼ berths and dinette that converts to a double bed).

Good size galley, saloon and head with 6’ headroom throughout. 14.6hp Kubuta D662 installed 2012. Recently fully serviced with new hoses and engine mounts. New ZF10M transmission and new brass 3 bladed prop 12/15. Engine starts and runs beautifully.

Motors comfortably at 5 kts burning less than 1.5l of diesel an hour. Good condition, reefing main sail in a boom bag with lazy jacks. #1,2,3 & 4 headsails in good condition + #1,2,3 & 4 headsails in fair condition, storm sail, 2x spinnakers, 3x spinnaker poles. All sheets and lines come to the cockpit, which is fully enclosed with new bimini, clear and covers 03/15. 6 Barlow winches in the cockpit Galley has electric pressure pump connected to 180l fresh water tank inbuilt under the dinette.

Gas stove with foldable oven. Head has a new foot pump cold water shower (connected to separate 100l bladder under the v-berth), sink and near new manual pump toilet. New gas hot water shower in cockpit which is removable and hangs over the stern rails when the covers are up. New LED combination nav/mast light, all cabin lights, sounder, 1100 and 500 gph bilge pumps, 2x 135 hour batteries, 100w slim solar panel on bimini, 1000w inverter, 240/12v fan, new Waeco 35l fridge/freezer. All safety gear, 2x inflatable life jackets, 4x standard life jackets, epirb, flares, lifelines, tools, snorkel and fishing gear, etc.

15kg Bruce anchor + 12kg plough on 60m 8mm chain + 50m rope. Sevylor inflatable 2 person kayak as a tender and 2012 Yamaha 5hp outboard, both in very good condition. Recently recovered cushions and ample storage space make for a comfortable, manageable pocket cruiser or live aboard. Recently sailed to Scarborough from Cairns.
