Ski Boat Inboard V8 V-Drive Project

Ski Boat hull, maker unknown. Approximately 13ft long. Good condition, few scratches, markes and cracks comensurate with age. Please check the photos.

Chequer plate bow fuel tank, (will probably need a flush out). Center fin in the middle of hull. Removable center mount high pole.Heavy duty towing/storage cover in fair condition, but it has protected the boat over the years. Tandem trailer, bogey axle.Allan Jones racing 17” rims.Has discs, but no calipers or master cylinder.Wheel bearings were done a few years back and hasn’t moved since then, so they should still be very serviceable.Brand new tyres, a few years old now, but still good. Zero km’s.Removable light board.

Working condition unknown. Leyland V8 Engine. 4.4 litre, rover heads. Rolco marinised manifolds, sump, water pump block off plate and bell housing. Holley carby with J tubes fitted, custom intake manifold converted to 4 barrel.

I purchased the motor about 5 years ago as a runner with recently reco'ed heads. Still turns over by hand.Please note carby scoop is not included! Hallibrand V Drive (very rare!), Dog clutch, in working order with jack shaft. I think the ratios on this one were 1:1 ? Drive cover from a larger boat that I was going to cut down to suit.

Seats will need to be recovered, I have some blue and purple leather included to suit. Faria guages were purchased from the USA a few years back (needs wiring), along with the metal flake steering wheel. This is a project boat that I have collected nearly all the parts you will need to complete it.Comes with some miscellaneous parts also. (See Pics)I just don’t have the time to put into it anymore unfortunately.Basically needs a Re fit. Motor, V Drive and seats are only sitting in the boat (mocked up) to show how it will look completed.Motor will need to be removed and transported seperately in a ute etc as it is not mounted!

It requires stringer mounts for the motor, v drive and seats to be fabricated/modified to suit.There is no wiring, so will need a basic loom made up and fitted.Boat and trailer are Unregistered.
