Sailing Yacht 1972 Southerly 23

Fantastic little pocket cruiser that gets you out on the water at a cheap price. Built by Compass yachts in the 70's this production GRP yacht has kept her condition over the years. She has a complete set of sails and is set up to cruise with furler, lazy jacks and boom bag so no problems sailing her 1 up. The Parsun 5.8 outboard was added in 2014 and doesn't even have 100 hours on her. This is a cheap way to get out on the water for a cruise or even club racing.
