Both yachts have been stored in Dad’s garage for years. Fairy Penguin is in fair condition. 125 is in good condition.
Description: 

Up for auction are these two sailing dinghys.They were built by my Dad. Dad started with the Fairy Penguin, building it from kit form. It has a fibreglass hull. The rest marine ply. We had great fun sailing this little yacht.

Dad then graduated to the 125, a slightly larger boat. It is all marine ply construction.Both yachts were sailed regularly until the early 1980s. We lost interest and he had no one to sail with.Both are 2 person yachts. Both yachts were well looked after and have been stored in Dad’s garage for many years.It’s time for someone else to enjoy them. They come with masts, booms , sails and jibs.Other things as photographed.

Your advert specified $199.00 no mention of auction. To clarify, are they to be sold separately or together?. What date and time for the auction? How is the auction being conducted ie, on-site bidding, are electronic or phone bids accepted? I'm in Echuca. Can you give me a rough idea where in Victoria are you? Could you do close-up photos of the hulls, decking, transom to hull joins, and hull to gunwales please? These joins are important for keeping water out. How long have they been out of the water? I'm a dinghy sailor looking to teach my grandchildren - NOT a dealer. I have previously sailed Heron and Flying 11 dinghys.
