The attached photos are a Compass 7.5 located on Clareville Beach Mooring JA 661. It has a Tender on Clareville Beach dinghy rack. The boat (fibre glass) is around 30 years old. The Tender (also fibre glass) was purchased new in 2015. It has a 3.3HP Mercury O/B purchased new in 2015.The yacht had a thorough overhaul in 2015 and it has undergone some minor refurbs (Bimini added, recarpeted interior)It has been anti-fouled and serviced every year since 2015 and it was fitted with a new, larger, prop last year to increase motoring capabilities.

Last anti-foul Jan 2018It is easy to sail and sails are in OK condition only. (3 jibs =1 Main)The family don’t like boating these day and it is seldom used.The Yacht and Dingy can stay on the mooring and rack until expiry July 2019 at no cost.
