Sailboat West Wind 23'

This sailboat has just done a 25k sea trip from Glenelg to Sanctuary Cove, North Haven, S.A. Although it can be used as is, it needs a good scrub on the topside, a 30cm section of gunnel to be replaced and a new hand bilge pump. The Inboard D7 Desiel motor has been rebuilt with new parts and new seals but the mechanic failed to notice the piston had had frozen in the cylinder during the 3 month wait for new parts. It needs to be stripped down, freed up and rebuilt. The pluses are a new 9.8 Nexus Outboard Motor, new Axilary Outboard Motor Bracket, and new battery.

The solar panel keeps the battery well topped up, plenty of good sails, submersible electric bilge pump, new flares, V.H.F. Radio, U.S.A. Made compass, and metho 2 burner stove. The boat is registered and insured. Flexible with berth arrangements.

The reserve is below the money I have spent on the boat in the last 6 months but I have bought a larger sailing boat and wish to move on.
