Condition Description: 
She is in great condition. Very well loved and cared for. Recently had light sand, top coat to decks and most timber trim. Could do with paintwork touch ups if your fussy. All timber work inside is sound. Companionway left as original. See pics. No soft spots I know of. Took a cup of water in hull on first sail many many years ago but been a dry boat since. Rigging and running gear all in good nic. Has vang and full width traveler. Reefing points. Jib furler. 2 outboards to choose from. Bits, ropes, 2 older radios, rope ladder, some extra gear like spare rudder tiller etc too. Has new fishfinder depth sounder mounted. Nice winch. Removable floors throughout so all bilge can be accessed for storage and inspection. Cabin front needs yellow top coat where I have just filled some paintwork and cracks. No rot just paint cracks.Custom canopy. Both trailor and boat registration has now lapsed so temp permit required for trailor via Vic roads $26. Re reg required.
