Pride Mariner Fibreglass Half Cabin Boat 18 Foot 5.4 Meters

Up for auction is our 18 Foot Pride Mariner Fibreglass Half Cabin Boat. This is a beautiful big boat and I wasn’t planning to see it go, but I am time poor at present and have family health issues to attend to. These are very rare boats and I am told by an ex boat builder that it was made in Melbourne with hand laid fibreglass. The Pride Mariner is a great classic shape: · There are 2 swivel seats on pedestals, · An inboard fuel tank (up under bow) with filler point on top · A portable brand new 20 litre fuel tank · Built in storage benches in cabin with brand-new bench seat cushions · A compass · Marine radio · Lights throughout - on the deck, in the cabin, anchor and navigation lights all operated by a switch panel. · Has marine carpet in the cabin and half of the deck, the rest is non slip vinyl.

· The boat has a great bimimi cover to keep the sun off you. · Good condition inside, the outside top deck has been given a fresh paint, · The side hull is fresh and clean as it looks to have been repainted previously, bottom has a few marks but nothing major. · There is a crack in the top perspex windscreen (top RHS about 30cm long) · Has storage pockets both sides. · Has a fire extinguisher and 2 oars as well as an anchor and 4 safety vests and a new V sheet. Ready to go!

The Mariner is sitting on a dual axle trailer which is in OK and needs work. Has a 2 speed manual winch and a quick launch / retrieve unit. Trailer will need brakes and lights connecting and a general overall check for rego - we are just around the corner from the ramp so have not bothered. Boat is registered until November 2018. No rego on trailer.

Lightboard is included. It is powered by a 70 HP Evinrude outboard motor with electric start, forward controls and tilt/trim. Recently had new starter solenoid and the tilt/trim reset. This boat is good family or for fishing trip boat. It has a planning aft hull to get it up and going.

I will be sad to part with it as I looked for literally ages to find something like this however I am time poor and not giving it the justice, it deserves. There is space inside the cabin and plenty on the deck. Has a stainless steel bow rail and side rails. A good boat all round.
