Hydra 16-foot Catamaran, New Sails, Trailer Vgc, Trampoline Gc

Hi fellow sailors, I’m going to have to sell my catamaran as my girlfriend cannot last more than 15 minutes on it without throwing up unfortunately. A hobie cats arch nemesis, this is a Hydra 16-foot catamaran. 16 feet (5 metres) long and 7.7 feet (2.4 metres) wide. Class_id=6256 All of the sails are brand new as the previous owner was a sailmaker and went all out making the biggest and most modern sails he could for maximum speed.

This boat has been upgraded to go very fast. All sails have bags to store them in. There are 2 x trapeze lines for hanging off the side as you can see me doing in one of the photos. The trampoline is in great condition along with the paint and the rest of the boat for that matter. I’ve had no problems with it, the times I have used it, which sadly has been very little in the past 3 years I’ve owned it.

It has always been undercover when stored. I’ve spent way too much time and money fixing up the trailer. It has a new axle, hubs, bearings, suspension and rollers for the boat. The trailer is unregistered and you will need to pick up a trailer light board from super cheap auto or something similar (around $90) if you want to register it. Also included is an aluminium bar that the previous owner mounted to the rear to attach a small motor to.
