Hutton 24' Fixed Keel Yacht

Just antifouled (September) and ready for summer, this yacht has had all rigging checked in the past year, with new main and headsail halyards fitted, spreader leathers replaced with new, new wind speed and direction indicators installed (but not yet connected to instruments), and a VHF radio antenna fitted.The present radio is 27meg (works), it has a brand new (under 12 months) deep cycle marine battery and 50W solar panel, life jackets, working depth sounder, fire extinguisher, bilge pump (manual). I have replaced the old stove with a butane gas stove, and it has a manual toilet (needs repair or replacing and a sink in the galley). I have also fitted a stainless steel folding transom step ladder for ease of access. It has two anchors, chain and a fair length of rope.It sleeps up to four comfortably with a v berth up front and berths either side of the cabin. One cushion in the v berth was torn when washing and has not been replaced so disregard the pic of the cushion.

The main sail is in fair condition, and it has three headsails, the No.1 is in good condition, 2 and 3 are fair. Barlow winches are in good condition and there are two winch handles on board.The yacht also comes with a refurbished dinghy (see pics). The yacht is presently moored at Abbotsford, but you will need to organise your own mooring with RMS after purchase.Photos show a Suzuki 6HP four stroke outboard which starts easily and has under 50 hours. The motor is not for sale with the yacht ( I need it for my runabout), but may be included for an additional $800 above the selling price.Happy bidding this has a low reserve.
