Houseboat (Trailerable) For Abled And Disabled Persons For Fishing And Relax

INTRODUCTORY OFFER!!!!! We are taking orders for our new and exciting 2021 Model Trailerable disabled friendly Houseboat !!!! The houseboat is designed for use on smooth inland waters and will be great for both abled and disabled persons who enjoy fishing, exploring shallow billabongs and rivers where not many vessels can go, or who simply want to enjoy the serenity that nature provides. We have been in the aluminium business since 1984. We started building trailerable houseboats in 2006.

We know aluminium. That's why our latest model houseboats are constructed entirely in aluminium (except for furnishings and acrylic windows). For your safety on the water, no wood, plastic products or combustible materials are used. All the external panels, all of the interior linings and also all the furniture is powdercoated aluminium for a maintenance-free long life. The new model is more aerodynamic than the 2020 model shown in the photo.

The BBQ area is located at the back but the modern interior is exactly the same as the model WHICH WE HAVE ON DISPLAY IN GOSFORD, NSW. We have succeeded in designing a compact yet very functional vessel. With an aging population, we have designed the houseboat to be wheelchair accessible from any boat ramp, river bank or beach. Furthermore, all our doorways and corridors are at least 800MM ( 31 1/2 inches) wide. The front ramp moves up and down by remote control.

So does the large rear deck. With front and rear decks fully open, the total length of the vessel is 8800 mm ( 28 feet 10 1/2 inches long) which provides plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. For towing, the decks retract by remote control to a total length of only 6150 mm ( 20 feet 2 inches). The houseboat (minus the trailer ) can fit in a 20 foot shipping container which can be sent anywhere in the world where a container can be shipped. Wheelchair bound and keen fishermen can fish off the large front and rear decks.

Fish can be cleaned in the deep sink with pressure filtered river water. The handy BBQ is fixed and is ready for use anytime. It is suitable for cooking breakfast, grilling fish or even roasting a chook! It is amazing how much we are able to fit in such a relatively small vessel.The interior is very compact and modern with a functional galley that has a 130 Litre fridge, stainless steel drawers, a sink and a 2 burner stove. There is even a gravity fed iced water (wine?) dispenser.

There is ample storage for personal effects. The fully powdercoated aluminium shower cubicle has a home-size 800mm (31 inches) X 800mm shower and a generous size foldable wash basin as well as extra space for the cassette toilet. Wheelchair bound persons can use the large wash basin in the comfort of their own chair. There is even a window to enjoy the view in comfort! Bedding arrangements are flexible, depending on the customer's requirement.

The standard bedding arrangement consists of 1 X 1100mm (43.3 inches), 1 X 600mm (23.6 inches) and 1 X 1250mm (49.2 inches). A privacy curtain separates the sleeping areas and also provides a private area to get dressed after a shower. The large lounge area is comfortable and airy with windows and flyscreens all around. A fold-away 24 inch TV DVD is installed as is a radio/CD. LED lights and USB points throughout- and lots of remote controllers ( unfortunately a sign that we live in the 21st century!) All pumps, gas bottles and other machinery are located in external lockers which makes maintenance easy as.

Hot water is not limited to the usual 19 litres, so the family can enjoy long showers (or until fresh water runs out.!) There are 3 tanks: 1 X 150 litres fresh water; 1 X 150 Litres grey water and 1 X 80 Litres black water which comes in handy when you are unable to dispose of your cassette waste thoughtfully! The houseboat comes with twin 9.9 4-stroke Yamaha High-Thrust engines designed for houseboats. Two solar panels and two 100AMP bateries are installed. The houseboat is easy to use. JUST ADD WATER!!!.

The 2021 model is more aerodynamic in shape and has more outdoor living space at the back. The interior of the 2021 model is identical to the 2020 model which we have on display. IMPORTANT NOTE: This sale does not include the trailer, as the trailer cannot fit in a shipping container.
