The notes1 keel damage (see notes ) I am sorry to say the keel has been damaged by going aground whilst under sail this was found at the next slipping of the yacht I cant see any damage inside the yacht and I don't think it shows any external damage though we last slipped the keel was waggy like scruffys the dogs tail woof! This makes her not in sailing condition which is a shame as she is a lovely yacht other wise though she has been motor around Pittwater not sailed since problem found I do have written price estimate from a leading boat yard to do the repairs by there shipwrights @ $ 15,120 however most of this cost is made up in labour and hard stand fees from the boat yard the materials cost comes in @ $ 361.00 what does this mean? Well to repair boats the biggest cost is hard stand at commercial labour costs the materials costs are always cheap so if you have the skills and a place to fix her you can do it for chicken feed !!!!!!!

Great outboard mec 8hp (long see notes)the outboard MTR is a long shaft Mercury outboard 8hp with tank and leak goes great and has low hours was new in 2004 has log books too!
