Dehavilland Hercules 18 Ft Boat / Motors And Trailer

This Dehavilland Hercules was built in the early 60,s in Cairns for the police and used there for many years. I have old documents and newspaper articles associated with the build and the commissioning.The Johnston engine is electric start and was run 3 yrs ago and turned over regularly since thenA 9.9 mercury aux motor with transom bracket was original and is included, the Aux . Engine was serviced and has a new water pump and was running ok recently. The trailer has new springs and lights and is in sound condition but does need disc brake parts to complete its inventory,The boat is fairly original and would be quite sea worthy with some minor work. There is the original chart recorder and various bits and pieces from its heydaysI have reduced time available so am not able to complete this project.These Dehavilland boats are rare and this one has a provenance and probably has a significant history.The boat and trailer are unregistered currently
