Cruiser Racer Jarkan Yacht J24

The J24 is the worlds most popular cruising racer yacht with over 5000 made. Good for family weekends cruising Sydney Harbour, training new sailors and just getting out on the water. Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, Botany Bay, Port Hacking and Lake Macquarie are easily reached and popular locations to sail. Zoe the J24 can be sailed by beginners and experts alike with a keen local sailing association and yacht club sailing all around Sydney Harbour and Cronullla. Zoe has been recently was hauled out on the trailer which is included and registered, had the bottom stripped back then coated with a layer of vinylester to smooth out any bumps and painted.

She currently lives in a boat bag on her mooring. Both the mooring and boat bag is included. The mooring being in a no waiting list area can be transferred directly to the new owner (RMS permitting). Zoe has a spinnaker, a genoa, a jib and a mainsail. There is cupboards, a sink, an area for a porta potti and there was some areas on the underside of the deck and bulkhead which had water damage and has been removed from underneath and doesn't effect sailing and staying aboard but could be repaired in due course.

There is a hardly been used Mercury/Tohatsu 5HP two stroke outboard. As mentioned a practically brand new trailer road registered is included. The standing rigging was replaced in late 2019 and is like brand new. The lifelines were replaced in 2019 and are like brand new. The main and jib halyards have been replaced with new spectra line.

Everything is there to go sailing today.
