Photo 3 for Boomaroo 22 Trailor Sailor Yacht

Hi. I have sailed Boomaroo previously in Vic and am looking to get my own. So mainly the integrity of hull ( no major bings) and state of swing keel. What also needs completing? Anyway any added info is appreciated.
