Vessel is a 41'7"ft Ferro Cement Ketch Yacht (make unknown) which is currently on the hardstand in our Yard at Oyster Cove NSW 2318 Vessel Rego Number is ACT258N and has been unregistered since 15 Dec 2023. Costing for Hardstand in the yard $80 Per Day. Yard agreement to be signed on purchase. Hull - The ferro cement hull is suffering corrosion of the reinforcing mesh andlarge pieces are easily broken away by hand particularly around the deck lineand drains / scuppers.This type of corrosion is particularly difficult to repair and retain structuralintegrity.
Cabin Superstructure - The cabin is of plywood construction and iscompletely degraded and rotten due to water and UV damage over manyyears.There are large holes where windows have fallen out due to the extent of thewater damage to the surrounding plywood. Interior Fitout - The interior is completely demolished and damaged beyondrepair. Engine - The Engine appears to have been partially disassembled with thehead removed the bores and pistons exposed to the elements it has becomecompletely rusted beyond practical repair . Many parts appear to be missing.
