20ft Sailboat

This boat represents good value to the person who is handy with wood and fiberglass and willing to invest their time in the restoration.

It offers years of pleasure sailing around the bay in those shallow waters and close in anchorage to the islands compared to a single keel yacht. It sleeps four people. It has mast, boom, rigging and sails. This is a fairly rare design in Australia. It is of UK origin developed for sailing around the bays with shallow water.

It has two keels (Bilge Keel) which will remain upright in low tidal areas at low tide. Requires repair to one keel. I have run out of time and my spouse has run out of patience! It is now decision time. Is there someone out there that wants to complete this passion project?
