14ft Half Cabin Project

Project 14ft Half-Cabin Purchased the boat at the start of Autumn as a project but have ran out of enthusiasm and time and would like my garage back. Would make a great bay boat, lightweight, easy to launch and retrieve. The last owner glued carpet to the floor and I have cleaned up a lot of it but some still remains as you can see from the photos. It comes off with Turps and a scourer on a drill. Underneath shows the original paint in great condition.

I was planning on repainting the trailer in Galvanised paint, the outside of the boat above the bowline in white and navy blue or black below. TRANSOM AND FLOOR ARE SOLID. 1980 Mercury Blueband 2 Stroke Outboard 2 Cylinder with throttle control box and hydrofoil. Engine was shown running when I bought it but leaking fuel as the hose running to the carb was split. A Mercury Carb rebuild kit has been purchased and is on its way from U.S.A.
