Macgregor 26s Trailer Sailer Yacht

Great boat for the novice sailor, easy to sail and rig and trailerable too! We enjoyed many nights floating around the Myall lakes. I taught the kids to sail this boat and they we're only 8 and 10 years old! Near new Tohatsu 9.8hp engine warranty till 9/21 with less than 30 hours and fully serviced. Easy mast lifting device.

Water ballast, kick up centreboard and rudder means very shallow draft (380 mm) allows for simple beaching. Enclosed head. Basic to sail. Cockpit cushions. Pop top with zip up weather awning.

Heaps of sails including 3 jibs (one Kevlar), genoa, 2 mains. Asymmetrical spinnaker. Sun awning that connects over the boom. Great setup for racing or simply relaxed sailing. Copper coat epoxy anti fouled in 2018: I was told it would last over 10 years.

Trailer Rego 12/20. Boat rego 5/21. Sleeps 5 down below. I often slept on a seat in the cockpit, and I'm a large guy. GME uhf.

New 12v water tap in galley. Solar battery recharge new in 2019. New battery 2019. Easy tow: Less than 1000 kg. Queen sized bed under cockpit.

Double bow berth. Also can sleep one on the lounge. Spare keel. Includes "in date" flares and emergency beacons. Plenty of stowage space.
