Lewis V8 Ski Boat.

Lewis Ski Boat. 5m Mid Engine.4.4L Leyland V8 (alloy) with 350 Holley Carb.Direct drive (no gearbox)Adjustable Cav-plate (currently fixed in place but can be re-instated. Still have adjustment lever, its just disconnected)Purchased, not running, for project. No rego papers. Spoke to Service NSW and they said it just needs an HIN to register.

I have too much other stuff going so don't have time for this. Trailer is currently un-registered as well.I removed the boat from the trailer and did rust repair and repaint on the trailer.Drained and cleaned fuel tanks. (2 tanks)Replaced leaking welch plug. Have plenty more spares. Can replace them all.Drain and replace oil and filter.New fuel lines and fuel filter.

New water hoses.Rebuilt water pump.Have set up so you can hook garden hose up to run the engine at home.Engine runs well (Can send you a video)Paint on top isn't that great but Hull paint is ok.It needs a few things done to it to finish such as, Accelerator cable, seat cushions, bung, bilge pump, battery, alternator, engine cover (didn't come with one)I had to completely strip all wiring and re-wire everything properly. New parts are:Tow hitchCoil, spark plugs, leads, distributor capTacho, Starter motorWater temp gaugeIgnition (key and push button start)Carpet (needs a bit more to finish which I may have enough left over)Fan belts and custom machined Vee pulley.New marine ply flooringFuel filter, oil filter, Carb gasket kit including diaphragmNew set of lights for the trailer.
