Kawasaki JS300 (Not JS550, JS440) Stand Up Jetski

Kawasaki Stand Up Jetski. Year is 1987 I think. 300cc/ 60hp. Bought this jetski as a project and has now had the top end rebuilt with weiseco piston kit, new carb, fuel lines etc. The ski runs great on land (starts first time), but put it in the water and it will idle up to half power then stops.

Has a brand new battery (with 1 year warranty). The ski is complete and in overall good condition - maybe you can have more luck getting it going in the water than I did!! Have spent well over 2k on it, but our time together is over :). Pick up is from Gerringong NSW 2534 and cant be delivered because the trailer in the pic is borrowed. Ski is about 2m long and will fit in a ute.
