Evinrude Johnson 15Hp 2 Stroke Outboard - 1988 Model Electric Start!

We offer this reconditioned 15Hp Evinrude Short Shaft - 1988 Specification Electric Start - 2 cylinder, 2 stroke outboard, complete. It has just undergone a full recondition, revocation and update. Restored by a Qualified Marine Engineer (semi retired) back to pristine condition with no expenses spared. (refer list below) It is fully tested and run in ready to go. Happy to hook up to the tap and run for demonstration.

Work carried out. Power Head - 2.188"Standard Bore Block. Standard Pistons fitted with new rings, & little end bearings, New wrist pins & clips fitted.New Top & Bottom Seals fitted.New Exhaust horn fitted. New Head Gasket fitted and tightened down to Spec..Carburetor Serviced with re-synchronized Linkage.ALL Carburetor Parts & Gaskets replaced Incl Fuel Float & Needle & Seat.ALL New Full Gaskets & seals kit replaced with NEW through-out.ALL Water Jackets removed, cleaned and etched.ALL Exhaust Housings and Water Jackets cleaned and etched.New Fuel Pump Kit Fitted.New Water Pump, impeller, Seals and grommets replacedNew Gearbox top Seals replaced.Gear Box Rebuilt (2x). Bolt holes and threads cleaned of 30 Years of corrosion greased and restoredNew Starter Solenoid fittedTwo Coils replaced.

Just about everything else is done & fixed. Tuned to factory specifications. And the Nice bit...
