Huntsman - Bertram- Classic Hardtop Sedan - Project. Absolute pearler project with good bones. Owner has other business commitments and is preparing to retire from marine related business. These boats are becoming more and more hard to find.From a day when quality far, far outweighed todays plastic production boats There are absolutely no issues whatsoever with the transom, floor or stringers.All are rot free and integrity is extremely good.The internal ply storage boards running under the gunnel areas in the rear deck area are about the only items that will need renewal and this only due to age.Similarly the floor board cutout from the inboard motor installation will need a piece fitted if the new owner decides to go pod/outboard. Can come with a extra strong pod for outboard install or alternatively with either a 454 big block with a matching leg -with ZERO hours since motor rebuild--- or a 350 Chevy with approx 35 hours since rebuild.

454 BB Motor was rebuilt by Lynx engineering for another project and has only been run up and tested so far. 2 Tonne Ezy Trailer is included in this auction.*** Trailer is not currently registered but we can provide temporary NSW RMS permit to trailer to home state if required***Trailer is included in this auction.Happy to keep trailer if not required- $1500 will be deducted from final auction price if new owner does not require it Can email recent video of 454 BB running . Hull has been soda blasted under water line then tie coated and initial anti fouled.Hull has been prepped and given 3 seperate coats of marine 2 pack undercoat then first coat of white topcoat to hold.Topsides are as per original condition. Prep and paint or just use it as isOriginally had a Volvo inboard diesel and leg installed. Leg opening has been professionally plugged with 36 mm marine ply and glassed over x 8mm build.Transom external opening then glassed over, faired and primed. It is ready for a choice of inboard or pod. There is an extra strong fibreglass pod with a major 10mm Alloy strengthening plate available separately if required if purchaser wants to pod this hull.

Has a head installed and has original inverter set up.Cushions are all in pretty good condition and original. Need a good scrubbing but not ripped or tatty at all.Large s/steel under floor tank included.Cabin timberwork will come up good with a sand and stainBow rails in excellent nick.Solar panel on roof.Fridge and sink unit.1 windscreen wiper needs renewing ( have 1 if needed ) All glass is in as new and excellent condition.Surprising for a boat of this era.
