Selling this old school Huntsman V 23 Classic Hardtop Sedan CruiserAbsolute pearler of a project with real good bones.In great condition for a boat of this era! This will suit an enthusiast restorer of old school boats-They just do not make them like this anymoreNo issues with the transom, floor, or stringers - the integrity is good. The boat is water tight.The beam is 2.8m and the hull is 7m/23ft long The original leg opening has been professionally plugged with 36mm marine ply and glassed over (originally had a Volvo inboard diesel and leg drive installed).Transom external opening then glassed over, faired, and primed.Where plugged for leg internally it has been sealed but not glassed or faired over so whoever purchases can simply cut around plug and refit a leg easily or simply lay glass over and it would be ready for a pod to be installed. *** Will be sold with original fibreglass inboard motor cover ( and seat covers for same ) together with external fibreglass duckboardLarge stainless steel under floor tank includedBow rails in excellent nickSolar panel on roofFridge and sink unitFuel tank is approx 100 litres capacity All glass is in absolute excellent condition- one of the best we've ever seen1 windscreen wiper needs renewingStill have the head installed and it has the original inverter setupCushions are all in pretty good condition and original, however it needs a good scrubbing but not ripped or tatty at allCabin timber work will come up good with a sand and stainThe following works have been undertaken so far:Hull has been soda blasted under water line then tie coated and an initial antifoul coat has been applied.Between water line and gunnels It has been sanded back and given 2 separate coats of marine 2 pack epoxy ( which can be seen by photos ) undercoat then first coat of white topcoat to hold.The internal shelving which runs below gunnels on port /starboard sides is un serviceable and will require renewal as will the floor top covering where the inboard motor and sub floor tank was installed.The original teak cabinetry and associated trim will come up nicely with sanding and staining.Topsides are as per original condition. Prep and paint or just use it as is till wanting to continue restoration.

So it is perfectly clear -this boat does NOT come with a motor.The original Volvo diesel was seized years ago and has been removed. We can offer the following motors that would suit this project if required. 1 - 7.4 litre ( 454 big block ) and Bravo 3 leg. Motor has been rebuilt with quality USA Mercruiser components and has a run time of 169 hours.Was removed from a 30 ft SeaRay. $ 7500.00 - will not split leg or motor 2 - 350 Chev.

Motor only- 9 hours since rebuild - no leg. $3750. It is currently sitting on a 2 tonne Ezy Loader dual axle galvanized trailer (2005 model) to enable yard movement. Happy to sell this trailer for additional $3000.00 but at a beam of 2.8 this boat is more ideally suited to a mooring. *** We will allow purchaser to borrow Ezyload trailer to move boat to their property as long as refundable $2K deposit is left.
