2005 Bayliner 195 Clasic Bowrider - 3.0L 135hp Mercruiser - 90% Complete Project Vessel has around 150 hours Engine rebuilt in 2013 by Avante Marine with only 20 hours since rebuildBoat has been in storaged since 2014. Seats, control units and instrument clusters were removed to in the process of restoring the boat (not that it really needed it). However, these items have been lost over the years and will not be included in the sale of the Vessel. Mechanically the boat will be fine. It was flushed out well before it was stored.

The new owner will need to locate and install items such as seat, motor cover, accelerator control until, dash cluster, etc. Basically everything that you can see isn't there in the photos. Steering controls and wiring, including all engine components are there. It should be as simpler as plugging in a battery along with installing the accelerator control unit and you will be able to get it running again.
