BIG BOAT FOR THE MONEY, ENJOYABLE FOR A FEW YEARS BUT TIME POOR WITH WORK NOW.Very roomy Bayliner Avanti wide body sports cruiser. Length 35ft with 12ft beam, huge cockpit. Sleeps 6 to 8, separate Stateroom at front. Can carry 10-12 for day trips comfortably (have life jackets on board. Spacious galley with storage, metho stove & large 2 way fridge, 200L fresh water tank, well laid out switchboard, spacious downstairs dinette/lounge, radio and plenty 12v lighting throughout boat.

Enclosed head & shower with electric toilet & 100L holding tank. Twin 454 counter rotating Big Block Marinepower Chev's in good condition, starts first time. Shaft drive thru overdrive gearboxes, 750L main tank with fitted 100L secondary. Big battery bank, dedicated battery charger, shore power, air conditioner which I never use but works. New plough anchor & chain, electric winch recently fitted but not yet commissioned.

Making allowance for shiplift & new antifouling, renew sun, wind & age damaged canopy & repairs to main fuel tank if wanted. Boat is berthed in Sydney Harbour. Full extensive survey done about 3 years ago. More photos available on request. Note: (750L main fuel tank not currently used, developed small leak, needs internal repair, about $2K, that's why secondary 100L tank, plenty for weekends on the Harbour) WILL CONSIDER REASONABLE OFFERS BUT SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY DON'T ASK.
