CHERDITH- 1960 built Lewis brothers twin cockpit with extremely well documented history. Includes original super 8 movies (on DVD as well) of first test launch in Darling Harbor Sydney.Originally from Port Pirie SA where it was raced . I have several certificates from its racing history.CHERDITH is quite unique as it was fitted at build time with a Borg Warner FNR transmission. It comes with its original 318 Dodge Poly motor and a very rare factory twin four barrel setup (As raced) Original trailer, Motor was rebuilt at the time of restoration and has seen limited hours. Rebuilt included performance cam, new pistons, bearings,oil pump,timing set, re-bore,balance and head rebuild.

Block was also hot tanked and water galleries epoxy sealed to prevent corrosion. Motor has dry sump setup. Boat has been in dry storage for circa 10 years. Rare, Historically significant and super cool. Turns heads all day long!!
